david's uncle george and aunt doreen were in town to see their son and his band the expendables play in santa barbara. david and them went to the show friday
night and then they stayed the night at our house. saturday morning, george spoiled us with the most delicious, made from scratch, buttermilk pancakes... (thanks g)... the day was perfect, sunny and not too warm, we decided to head out to the rancho sisquoc winery where we tasted some yummy wines and played a little baseball. then we took them to our most favorite and most beautiful winery... bridlewood. i think george and doreen loved the reds and the beauty of the landscape and wildlife. our final stop was in los olivos, for a light lunch. george and doreen headed out as soon as we returned home since they had a bit of a drive ahead of them. miles and maisy LOVED hanging out with you guys and so did david and i. i hope we can get together again soon.

Doreen and I had lots of fun - We'll need to work on Miles base running skills and it was fun trying to keep up with Maisy. Good think she likes swinging from the arms as you walk.
