auntie charlotte was in california for a month working on her medical degree. we got to see her three times while she was here. we got to go to the la brea tar pits with her (i'll post pics later), i got to go to the movies with her and miles and maisy got to spend quality time with her too. on her last night here, we took her out to dinner for her ummm...21st birthday, yeah her 21st birthday. we had a yummy dinner at shaw's and she really enjoyed her b-day gifts.
i don't think i've told you this, but maisy loves everything you give her to eat. she has never made a face at anything i've given her... eggs, jello, steak, mushrooms, asparagus, carrots, prunes and as you can see in the pics, even pickles. we are trying to get her into the habit of trying everything at least once. so far so good.

Paige *loves* pickles :) Jason won't even touch them to take them off a hamburger to give to her (he says it makes his fingers stink...whatever)
The kids are getting so big. I've never been to the tar pits...was it fun???
