as for david's car, that is a different story. At about 2:45 today, i got a call on my cell phone from david, nothing unusual, he'll usually call to

say hi to me or the kids.

but when i answered the phone this time, all i heard david say was " hey hon, i just totaled my car." i could hardly understand him and asked again what he said. "i just totaled my car". i asked if he was ok and said i'll be right there. he was coming home from lunch and was about to exit the santa maria way exit. those of you who live here, know it's been raining. he said he just lost control of the car and it skid, broke through a fence and went down a ditch. they did not flip, thank goodness, but still his car it a mess, totaled as he described. i feel so bad, because david really loved that car. at least him and his passenger, a co-worker, were uninjured. on a funny note, kcoy, the local news station showed up and videoed his car being pulled out by the tow truck. i said to the guy must be a slow news day, he said yeah and now they want interviews and everything. so those of you in the area may see david and his car on channel 12 or 24 tonight.

We saw the car on our way home, too! I am so glad David and his co-worker are ok. And I saw you on the news, getting your Project 365 picture for the day!
Oh wow! Glad everyone is okay. Small town news around here... he's first up on the news. Sorry about the car, but glad no one was hurt.
That last comment made me laugh... I'm sure it will be in your 365 for sure. How about a scrapbook page? David looks like a pro holding that mic.
