first, my awesome friend gail left this comment on my facebook page.
it was out of the blue and so nice to hear... thanks gail, you rock.
the second person to make my day was my daughter, i was sitting on the couch and she was being a stinker, then she looked me right in the face and said "mom, you beautiful and you happy." i was shocked and touched.
it's amazing how two little comments can make such a big impact. it reminded me that i need to make more of those "little comments"... you never know how they are going to affect someone.

Of course you are awesome! You have done some great things with your kids the last few days, and it's obvious by the pictures that they loved it! And Maisy's comment is just so sweet - that could make even the worst day seem good :)
