thursday was miles' preschool trip to avila barn. i was so happy david was able to go on the trip this year. i was going to go too, bring maisy and just hang out, but it was too hot for that. thursday it was 92 degrees here in santa maria. there's not a whole lot of shade at the barn, so maisy and i just hung out at home. david had a great time hanging out with miles and his buddy braydan. i was thinking, next year, the preschool should go earlier in the season so there would be more of a choice of pumpkins to pick. then i realized miles won't be in preschool next year. he'll be a big kindergardener in the fall. wow! oh the little girl in the first picture is miles' friend isabella. :)

OMG.....his little friend is adorable. I am so glad Daddy went with him. It looks like he had a good time. He wouldn't be dressed like that it he were looking for pumpkins back east!!!! Miles, I hope you are going to carve the pumpkin with Dad like you did last year. Be sure to send me some pictures.
